She meets these challenges head-on – always striving to find the best solution for all. The key words are Production and Satisfaction at the highest level of standards attainable. The 21st Century can be challenging and we must change with it. From the initial Booking to the final Performance Barb is hands-on and involved in every step of the process.
BARB BAILEY ENTERTAINMENT was established by President Barb Bailey in 2008 around one client, a singer whom Barb has managed since then to the present day. Along the way Barb began adding more and more singers and musical acts to her roster – until today she has a robust registry of 20 signed clients. My artists range in repertoire from Jazz, Pop, Rock, Rock & Roll, Tribute, American Songbook, Orchestral and R&B. Before becoming a producer and agent, Barb got her start as a DJ at the Hanggee-Uppe in Chicago on Rush Street. She moved on to Universal Recording Studio representing Music Producer Bobby Whiteside in the world of Jingles. When he moved to Nashville Barb moved to LA and after a few short misfires, she ended up representing Music Producer, Dick Marx, out of Sunset Sound Recording Studio in Hollywood. After Dick‘s unfortunate car accident Barb moved back to Chicago and opened the Music Department in a boutique agency named Lily’s Talent. In 2008 she opened Barb Bailey Entertainment and the rest is history.
Barb‘s music chops have facilitated many shows she has written, booked and produced for her artists, a function she is widely known for to this day. Barb Bailey Entertainment has gained high respect in the Music World by virtue of the fact that her artists are professional, dependable and at the top of their game.
